The word Āyurveda, meaning knowledge of life and longevity. Ayurveda is a system of medicine. The main classical Ayurveda texts begin with accounts of the transmission of medical knowledge from the Gods to sages, and then to human physicians. Ayurveda therapies have varied and evolved over more than two millennia. Some scholars assert that Ayurveda originated in prehistoric times, and that some of the concepts of Ayurveda have existed from the time of the Indus Valley Civilization or even earlier. Ayurveda developed significantly during the Vedic period and later some of the non-Vedic systems. Two of the eight branches of classical Ayurveda deal with surgery, but contemporary Ayurveda tends to stress attaining vitality by building a healthy metabolic system and maintaining good digestion and excretion. Ayurveda also focuses on exercise, and meditation. One type of prescription is a Sattvic ahar.

Ayurveda follows the concept of Dinacharya, which says that natural cycles like waking, sleeping, working, meditation etc. are important for health. Hygiene, including regular bathing, cleaning of teeth, tongue scraping, skin care, and eye washing, is also a central practice.

We at Ayuda.fit have designed workout regimes, food plans and lifestyle modifications using the concepts from Ayurveda giving everyone the best form of health and wellness. The food plans are on the concepts of Satttvic ahar. The lifestyle modifications are based on stress management, sleep management, disease management and on how to complete transformation. Narella Naresh is an elite fitness coach at Ayuda.fit with 7 years of experience in this field. He has made his career with a combination of experience and knowledge. Working at good organizations and gaining his experience he is certified by Talwalkars as a Fitness coach. He is a Regenortho sports certified trainer and has participated in the ATP International Fitness Sports convention 2015- India. He has helped people cope with major health issues and has worked towards building a career in serving people and moving them towards improved health and wholesome wellness. Attending many workshops and seminars he has sound knowledge in understanding a client needs and catering to it. Feeling the pulse of the client and building a rapport where the client feels comfortable and is satisfied with his sessions, Naresh is a very reliant and trustworthy coach who believes in putting his best foot forward on a daily basis.


Discipline, devotion and commitment are the three pillars that best describe Vikram, Ayuda.fit’s MMA expert. He has 8+ years’ experience as a Martial arts expert and has been certified in Taekwondo, Muaythai, Kickboxing. He is also the executive member in the ‘World Kickboxing Association’. Training many students and advancing them to different levels in the martial arts discipline, Vikram has helped many students build their careers in martial arts. His form and body postures attract many students who get impressed with his skill set. He is extremely disciplined and believes in putting in constant, consistent efforts on a daily basis to get world class results. He has also conducted many belt tests with renowned organizations and has helped students attain their goals as champions in martial arts.
